Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a suitable solution where appropriate.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
